Fuck Yea[h] NBA

Scores from last night:

When the Orlando Magic hit their 3’s, like last night when Philly came to town, they’re very tough to beat; The Spurs won their 9th game in a row in Canada; the Pistons surprised a lethargic Celtics squad in Boston; Kyrie Irving led the Cavs to victory when Indiana came to town; Memphis’ Rudy Gay and “Trick or Treat” Tony Allen led Memphis to a win in Newark over the Nets (remarked a friend from Jersey last night: “It’s messed up they’re already wearing New York on their jerseys. Let ‘em wait until this summer for Brooklyn jerseys.) Jeremy Lin had a career high in assists (more on this later—obviously), and most of the Knicks starters got to take the 4th quarter off; The Thunder started slow against Houston (only 13 points in the first quarter), and didn’t have enough to come back for the victory; New Orleans went into Milwaukee and beat the Bucks; Minnesota snapped a 4-game losing streak when Charlotte came to town (Love was incredible as always) and the Bobcats have lost 16 straight; Dallas’ hot shooting made their victory over Denver easy; Atlanta’s Josh Smith scored 30, had 17 boards and dished 7 assists as the Hawks squeezed out a win in Phoenix; the Trail Blazers came back from an early deficit to secure a close win the Bay area; Blake Griffin bounced back from a bad night against Dallas to help the Clippers defeat the lowly Wizards.
